Most single-family homes are completed in 1–2 days from tear-off to clean-up, weather permitting. Larger or more complex roofs may take longer. We schedule with the weather forecast in mind to avoid leaving a roof open.

Materials are covered by the manufacturer (typically 25–50 years for shingles, up to 50 years for metal). On top of that, we provide a workmanship warranty that covers our installation. Exact terms are written into every contract.

Yes. We can document damage with photos, meet your adjuster on-site, and provide the detailed scope of work most insurers require. We do not, however, negotiate your claim for you — that is between you and your insurer.
